Brian T. Stachewicz, 27, of Batavia, NY, is charged with offering a false instrument for filing first degree, after allegedly showing intent to defraud NYS by providing false information on a NYS Pistol Permit application in an effort to obtain a NYS pistol permit on August 22, 2022.
Stachewicz was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia City Court on March 7, 2023 at 1:00p.m.

Michael J. Vanbuskirk Jr., 49, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with bail jumping second degree after failing to appear in Genesee County Court on November 22, 2022, after being released on a felony charge.
Vanbuskirk failed to turn himself in voluntarily within 30 days thereafter and was arrested and issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on March 7, 2023, at 1:00p.m.

Justine D. Wood, 36, of Batavia, NY, is charged with two counts of bail jumping third degree after failing to appear in Stafford Town Court on January 23, 2023 after being released on a criminal matter.
Wood was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $2,000 bail.
