BATAVIA/Students organize Agriculture Week events at Notre Dame H.S.

A group of five students helped organize the first Agriculture Week at Notre Dame High School this week. Nathan Foss, Nathan Woodward, Matt Kirsch, Destin Corcoran and Beckett Swanson asked Land Pro, Monroe Tractor, Helena Agri, Upstate Niagara Co-op, and Wyoming Country Cooperative Extension to assist this week. Lead organizer, 10 grader Nathan Foss, hopes to continue the Agriculture Week into the future and hope some future farmers will come out of holding the weeklong events. On Friday, students will dress down for $2.00 to support Farmers in Need.(Pictured- back Destin Corcoran, middle-Nathan Foss and Beckett Swanson)
