On March 28, 2023, Travis A. Ginnery, 31, of Great Valley, NY was arrested by the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office on a Fugitive from Justice warrant. Ginnery has an active warrant out of Bradford, PA. Ginnery is being held in the Wyoming County Jail awaiting extradition.

Natalie Berns, 38, of Ithaca, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree, following a traffic complaint reported to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office.
Berns was issued an appearance ticket, and is scheduled to appear in Sheldon Town Court

The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office arrested Christine R. Heidt, age 33, for unauthorized use
of a motor vehicle 3rd degree. Deputies investigating the incident found Ms. Heidt took a vehicle
without the permission from the owner’s residence in Bliss and travelled to Buffalo. Ms. Heidt
was located and issued an appearance ticket for April 10th, 2023 in the Town of Eagle
