David E. Brege Jr., 36, of Ridgeway, NY, is charged with promoting prison contraband 2nd degree and petit larceny after allegedly stealing a $10 bill from another inmate in the temporary holding//booking area at the Genesee County Jail on April 5, 2023 at 4:00p.m.
Deputies say Brege was allegedly found to be in possession of the $10 bill inside the secure holding area of the jail.
Brege was issued an appearance ticket.

Joshua E. Szumigala, 27, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with DWI, drinking alcohol or using cannabis in a motor vehicle on a highway, driving left of pavement markings and moving from a lane unsafely on April 1, 2023 on Batavia Oakfield Townline Road in Oakfield at 5:42p.m.
Deputies say Szumigala was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol.
He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was arraigned in CAP Court on April 2, 2023.
