Jennifer S. Lee, 39, of Thurston Rd., Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and promoting prison contraband 1st degree, after allegedly being in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia while inside the Genesee County Jail at 14 W. Main Street on April 11, 2023.
Lee was held pending a CAP Court arraignment.

Ivette A. Dejesus, 21, of W. Colvin St., Syracuse, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly staging $415.72 worth of merchandise at Old Navy on Veteran’s Memorial Drive, knowing the merchandise would later be stolen by two other females. The incident occurred on March 25, 2023 at 6:14p.m.
Dejesus was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on an appearance ticket. Dejesus is to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 25, 2023 to answer the charge.

Allison A. Forsha, 31, of Nunda, NY, is charged with petit larceny after she was observed by Dick’s Sporting Goods employees allegedly stealing various items from the store on April 11, 2023 at 11:56a.m.
Forsha was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 25, 2023.
