WYOMING COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Attica man charged after going off the road

On April 13, 2023, at approximately 12:50 A.M., a Wyoming County Sheriff’s deputy was patrolling on
Route 20A in the Town of Orangeville, when the deputy observed a vehicle traveling north on
Route 98 fail to stop at the stop sign, and then continue on into a field just north of the intersection of
Route 20A and 98.

After speaking with the operator of the vehicle, Zachary Cramer, 23, of Attica, NY, the deputy
believed the operator was allegedly impaired by alcohol. Cramer was asked to perform Standardized Field Sobriety Testing which he performed poorly on.

Cramer was then transported to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office where he submitted to a breath test to determine his blood alcohol content (BAC). Cramer’s BAC was .18% or more.

Cramer is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI/driving with a BAC of .18% or more along with numerous other Vehicle and Traffic Law infractions.

Cramer was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in Orangeville Town Court on May 10, 2023.

Following a call for a 911 investigation at a residence, the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office arrested Seth Sheehan, 41, of Warsaw, NY, charging him with criminal mischief 4th degree.

Deputies responded to a 911 hangup call and found there had been a domestic incident at the residence. During the investigation, it was found that Sheehan had taken a phone from another party to prevent them from calling 911 to request help.

Sheehan was arrested and arraigned in front of Town of Warsaw Judge Errington and was released on his own recognizance with a return date of May 1, 2023 in the Town of Warsaw Court.

Deputies from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office responded to an area of Route 354 in
the Town of Bennington for a vehicle that had struck a deer on April 11, 2023.

After investigation it was found that the operator of the vehicle, Donald Colli, 33, of Batavia, NY, was operating with a suspended NYS driver’s license.


Colli was issued an appearance ticket for aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree and is to appear
in Bennington Town Court at a later date.

On April 10, 2023, Jaqulyn Dueppengiesser, 39, of Perry, NY, was arrested by the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies located Dueppengiesser at her residence where she was arrested on a felony warrant,
out of the City of Batavia.

Dueppengiesser was turned over to Batavia Police as it to appear in court at a later date.

Wyoming County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to Hamilton Street in the Town of Genesee Falls
for a landlord/tenant dispute on April 16, 2023.

After an investigation, Debora Paccione, 56, og Brookhaven, NY, was arrested and charged with criminal
trespass 3rd degree. Paccione was released with an appearance ticket and is to appear in Genesee Falls Town Court on April 26, 2023 to answer the charge.

New York State Police assisted at the scene.
