executed a search warrant at 2372 State Route 19 in the Town of Warsaw, at the Zaza Smoke
Shop. The search warrant had been issued by Warsaw Justice Court following an undercover
drug buy made by a Wyoming County Deputy Sheriff.

The undercover drug buy was made following complaints of unlawful and unlicensed dealing of cannabis at the establishment. During the execution of the search warrant, approximately 4 ½ pounds of concentrated cannabis was seized, along with approximately 6 pounds of raw cannabis, with an estimated retail value of $84,140.00. Also seized from inside a safe in a storage room, was a large amount of United
States currency, believed to be proceeds of criminal conduct.

At the completion of the search warrant, the business owner, Nasser A. Taher, 35, of Buffalo,

2 Comments:

  1. Such good fortune to be saved from the ravages of illegal and poisonous marijuana.

  2. The state is supposed to fight big dealers and smugglers, and then the sale of hashish is prohibited and its sale is considered a federal crime! It is not allowed to be sold anywhere, and whoever does so is subject to imprisonment and a fine. And whoever uses it is subject to a violation, as was the case before.
