Heather N. Derooy, 33, of Chili, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree and improper plates, after allegedly operating a motor vehicle with improper license plates and a suspended license on April 8, 2023 at 8:26p.m.
Derooy was also allegedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine. She was released with an appearance ticket and appeared in Bergen Town Court on April 19, 2023 at 3:00p.m.

Joseph E. Marr, 44, of Batavia, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th degree, after allegedly stealing a phone from 8315 Park Road, Batavia Downs, on April 17, 2023, at 1:45a.m.
Marr was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was released on an appearance ticket. Marr is scheduled to return to Batavia Town Court May 9, 2023 at 9:00a.m.

Nathan P. Crawford, 27, of Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing merchandise from 48 Express Deli in Batavia on April 15, 2023. Crawford was issued an appearance ticket. He is to appear in Batavia Twon Court on May 9, 2023
