Jeenathan R. Williams, 63, of Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree, operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, sidewings/side windows nontransparent and plates covered by glass or plastic.
On April 25, 2023 at 6:56a.m., Williams was arrested and charged with the above charges after allegedly being in possession of cocaine following a traffic stop.
Williams was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Byron Town Court on June 5, 2023.

Robert E. Sacher, 53, of Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI in the town of Batavia on Veteran’s Memorial Drive on April 13, 2023 at 3:11p.m.
Sacher was issued uniform traffic tickets and released. He will appear in Batavia Town Court on May 11, 2023 at 1:00p.m.

Nathan P. Crawford, 27, of Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing merchandise from Kohls on April 19, 2023.
Crawford was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on May 9, 2023 at 9:00a.m.
