Tarah N. Mruczek, 36, of Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI and no/insufficient tail lamps, after a traffic stop on Rt. 20 on April 21, 2023 at 10:00p.m.
Mruczek was transported to the Genesee County Jail and released with appearance tickets.
Mruczek is set to appear in Bethany Town Court on May 24, 2023 at 5:00p.m.

Scott A. Muntz, 25, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and speeding , 69mph in a 55mph zone, on Knowlesville Road in Alabama, NY on April 16, 2023.
Muntz was issued uniform traffic tickets and released to a third party. Muntz will appear in Alabama Town Court on May 9th

Peter L. Dercqu, 46, of Lyndonville, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, after allegedly being found to be in possession of cocaine during a traffic stop on West Main Street in Batavia, NY on April 29, 2023.
Dercqu was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on May 11, 2023 at 1:30p.m.
Also charged in the above traffic stop, Collen T. Poole, 39, of Batavia, NY. Poole is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree after allegedly being found to be in possession of oxycodone pills and crack cocaine during a traffic the above traffic stop.
Poole was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in Batavia City Court on May 11, 2023 at 1:30p.m.

Madison L. McKenzie, 18, of Batavia, NY, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child following an investigation in Pavilion on April 30, 2023.
McKenzie allegedly gave a letter to a juvenile under the age of 17, which allegedly contained sexual content. She was arraigned in CAP Court in front of Judge Mattice and will appear in Pavilion Town Court on May 16, 2023 at 3:00p.m.

Tonya M. Ficarella, 36, of Batavia, NY, is charge with petit larceny after allegedly stealing merchandise by concealing the items and walking past all points of purchase without paying at a business on Veterans Memorial Drive. on May 2, 2023 at 1:44p.m.
Ficarella was released on an appearance ticket and is due to appear in Town of Batavia Court on May 23, 2023 at 3:00p.m.

Jaime L. Ayala, 43, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree, after a complaint of a violation of a court order at a department store on Veteran’s Memorial Drive on May 2, 2023.
Ayala was allegedly at the employment place of a protected party in violation of an issued stay away order of protection.
Ayala was released with an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia Town Court on May 23, 2023 at 1:00p.m.

Michelle D. Grover, 38, of South Wales, NY, is charged with petit larceny after an investigation into a larceny complaint in Pavilion on March 5, 2023 at 10:00a.m.
Grover allegedly didn’t scan items while scanning other items and paying for the scanned items at a department store.
Grover was released with an appearance ticket to appear in Pavilion Town Court on May 9, 2023.
