Jamie L. Broadbent, 40, of W. Main Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th degree after a report of a stolen wallet at 4133 Veterans Memorial Drive, Walmart, on March 20, 2023 at about 9:02p.m..
On May 23, 2023, following an investigation, Broadbent was arrested and charged after allegedly stealing a wallet containing cash and multiple credit cards.
Broadbent was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and will return to court on June 3, 2023 at 1:00p.m.

Brittany L. Bolton, 23, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly concealing $45.32 worth of merchandise in her purse and failed to scan all items at the self-checkout. Bolton then allegedly passed all points of sale without paying for the concealed items.
Bolton was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Town of Batavia Court on June 13, 2023 at 9:00a.m.

Shawnna L. Lamont, 33, of Page Rd., Perry, NY. is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, after allegedly being in possession of a controlled substance while she was detained on two outstanding warrants.
Lamont was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia City Court on June 7, 2023 at 1:00p.m.
