On May 21, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Jose L. Hernandez Martinez, 27, of Portageville, NY, charging him with aggravated driving while intoxicated and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th.
During a traffic stop on Hermitage Road in the town of Orangeville, Hernandez Martinez was allegedly exhibiting signs of impairment. Hernandez Martinez failed standardized field sobriety tests and troopers located alleged narcotics inside the vehicle.
Hernandez Martinez was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.19% BAC. Hernandez Martinez was released with appearance tickets for the town of Orangeville Court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
