Susan M. Jordan, 60, of Prospect Ave., Batavia, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree. On 6/15/2023, Jordan was arrested after an investigation into an incident on State Street, where Jordan allegedly pushed another person during an argument. Jordan was issued an appearance ticket. The incident was investigated by Officer Mruczek.
Diana F. Curcio-Abou, 43, of Pittsford, NY, is charged with DWI and speeding. On 6/14/2023, Curcio-Abou was arrested following a traffic stop on West Main Street, where she was allegedly found to be operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or more. Curcio-Abou was issued traffic tickets and released. The investigation was conducted by Officer Freeman and Officer Martinez.
Daniel J. Bakowski, 42, of Ellicott Street, Batavia, NY, was arrested on a bench warrant. On 6/12/2023, Bakowski was arrested on a bench warrant out of Batavia City Court. The warrant was issued on 2/14/2023, after Bakowski allegedly failed to appear in court. Bakowski was originally arrested on 1/18/2023 on charges of assault 3rd degree, criminal obstruction of breathing, criminal mischief 4th degree, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment 2nd degree. Bakowski was also charged with an additional charge of bail jumping 3rd degree. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail on $2,000 cash bail. The arrest was handled by Officer Post.
Sarah A. Malone, 41, of Graham Street, Batavia, NY, was arrested on a bench warrant. On 6/14/2023, Malone was arrested on a bench warrant out of Batavia City Court. The warrant was issued on 5/19/2023, after Malone allegedly failed to appear on the charges of theft of services and criminal impersonation 2nd degree. Malone was arraigned in CAP Court and released. The arrest was handled by Officer Davis and Officer Martinez.
Jennifer J. Hogan, 32, of Rochester, NY, was arrested on three bench warrants. On 6/15/2023, Hogan was arrested on three bench warrants out of Batavia City Court. All three warrants were issued on 8/18/2020, after Hogan allegedly failed to appear in court. The first warrant is the result of an investigation into a robbery on Hutchins Street on 10/2/2019, where Hogan was charged with robbery 2nd degree. The other two warrants stem from an incident on 10/8/2019 where Hogan was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd degree, unlawful possession of marijuana and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway, after a traffic stop on North Spruce Street. Hogan was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail. The arrest was handled by Officer Davis and Officer Martinez.
Christopher M. Waide, 31, of Bank Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree. On 6/14/2023, Waide was arrested for harassment 2nd degree. It’s alleged that Waide played noise through an amplifier and banged on the walls of his apartment with the intent to annoy and alarm his neighbor. Waide was issued an appearance ticket. The case was handled by Officer Post and Sgt. Coffey.
Latoya D. Jackson, 37, of East Main Street, Batavia, NY, was arrested on three bench warrants. On 6/7/2023, Jackson was arrested on three bench warrants out of Batavia City Court. The first warrant stems from an incident in June of 2022 on State Street, where Jackson was charged with harassment 2nd degree. The second warrant stems from another incident in June of 2022 at an address on East Main Street, where Jackson violated an order of protection and was charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree. The final warrant is the result of an incident in February of 2023, where Jackson was located, during a traffic stop, having several active warrants. Jackson allegedly fought with officers as they attempted to take her into custody. She was charged with resisting arrest. Jackson was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail. The arrest was handled by Officer Quider and Officer Post.
