Sarah A. Malone, 41, of Ellicott St. Rd., Bethany, NY, is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment 2nd degree/physical contact, after allegedly punching a person and choking them while in the presence of a juvenile on June 14, 2023, at 4:00p.m. in Bethany, NY.
Malone was transported to the Genesee County Jail and was held pending a CAP Court arraignment.

Mark J. Kaszubski, 42, of Buffalo, NY, is charged with DWAI/drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance and moving from a lane unsafely, following an incident on Rt. 20 in the Town of Alexander on June 9, 2023.
A passerby notified police of a vehicle operating eastbound on RT. 20 with a flat tire. Kaszubski is due to appear in the Town of Alexander Court on June 20, 2023, at 5:00p.m.

Tiffany L. Johnson, 35, of Redmond St., Buffalo, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, and moving from a lane unsafely, after a traffic stop in front of 9993 Alleghany Road, on June 17, 2023.
Johnson was issued uniform traffic tickets and released. She is to appear in the Town of Darien Court on July 11, 2023 at 4:00 PM.

Lee A. Baxter, 39, of West Main Street Road, Batavia, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th degree, after allegedly stealing an electric bicycle from a residence on June 12, 2023
Baxter was transported to the Genesee County Jail and was issued an appearance ticket. Baxter is set to return to Batavia Town Court on July 4, 2023 at 3:00PM.

Katherine A. Goff, 34, of Byron Rd., Byron, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree, following a June 4th, 2023 incident where Goff allegedly violated an order of protection.
Goff was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Town Court on June 21, 2023.
