David Lofton Jr., 28, of Locust St., Rochester, NY, is charged with assault 2nd degree, following an incident that occurred at the Genesee County Jail on July 8, 2023, at 1:28p.m.
Lofton was arraigned in Genesee County CAP Court and released back into the custody of the Genesee County Jail.

Jose L. Agosto Santiago, 39, of Ravine Ave., Rochester, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th degree after allegedly stealing $1,384. 90 worth of merchandise from a department store at 4300 Veteran’s Memorial Drive on July 6, 2023, at 12:41p.m.
Agosto Santiago passed all points of purchase without rendering payment.
Agosto Santiago was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 25, 2023, at 3:00PM.

Cologeno A. Gallo, 19, of Calpin Parkway, Clarence, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th degree, after allegedly stealing a backpack containing more than $1,000 worth of property while inside the Darien Lake Theme Park on Alleghany Road in Darien, NY on July 4, 2023.

Christopher J. Tunney, 48, of Pierpoint St., Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, after allegedly being in possession of cocaine following his arrest for an active arrest warrant issued out of Ontario County.
Tunney was arrested on July 7, 2023, and issued an appearance ticket. He will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 18, 2023 at 3:00PM.

Rebecca R. Fugate, 22, of Lewiston Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree after allegedly striking another person in the back with her bare hand.
Fugate was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 25, 2023 at 9:00AM.
