The following people were arrested on July 15, 2023 while at the Sam Hunt Concert at Darien Lake
Amphitheater:
Laurin A. Moro, 21, of Kalar Road, Niagara Falls, Ontario, was arrested and charged with trespass after
allegedly entering an area of the concert venue after being advised several times to leave the
venue and not return.
Emma J. Chiavaroli,19, of Grouse Point, Webster, New York, was arrested and charged with trespass
after allegedly entering an area of the concert venue after being advised several times to leave the
venue and not return.
Both are to appear in the Town of Darien Court on August 1, 2023.

The following people were arrested on July 17, 2023 while at the Post Malone Concert at Darien Lake
Amphitheater:
Esteban J. Valle Vergara, 19, of Sheran Drive, Rochester, New York was arrested and charged with
criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree, a class D felony and obstructing
governmental administration second degree, a class A misdemeanor, after allegedly possessing a
forged instrument and attempting to deceive another person with its use and for allegedly
physically obstructing law enforcement officers from completing their official duties. Valle was
arrested and arraigned by CAP court on July 18, 2023 and was release on his own recognizance.
Jeffrey H. Aurand, 19, of Covell Road, Brockport, New York, was arrested for
Harassment 2nd, a Violation, after allegedly punching a security officer in the back while being
escorted out of the concert venue. Aurand was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town
of Darien Court on August 8, 2023.
Karli P. Teitsch, 31, of Cedarvale Road, Syracuse, New York, was arrested for allegedly
driving while intoxicated, a class E-Felony, due to a previous conviction, aggravated DWI, a class E felony, due to a previous conviction, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree, a class E
felony, circumventing an interlock device, a misdemeanor and unlicensed operator, a traffic
violation, after an investigation into a property damage accident. Teitsch was issued
appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Darien Court on August 8, 2023.
