On July 18, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Angel F. Marin Diaz, 41, of Sloan, NY, charging him with DWI and criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th degree.
Troopers conducting a sobriety road check in the town of Alden, arrested Marin Diaz and during the interview Marin Diaz was allegedly exhibiting signs of impairment. Marin Diaz was found to allegedly be in possession of cocaine during the road check.
He was arrested, transported and processed at SP Alden, where he refused to submit to a chemical test. Marin Diaz was released with appearance tickets and will appear in the town of Alden court at a later date.

On July 16, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw with the assistance of New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision, arrested Chantelle M. Christina, 32, of North Tonawanda, NY, and Shaniya M. Johnson, 24 of Buffalo, NY, charging them with promoting prison contraband 2nd degree.
Troopers arrested Christina and Johnson for allegedly having marijuana on their persons while inside the Wyoming Correctional Facility.
Both were transported to SP Warsaw for processing and released on appearance tickets returnable to Attica town court at a later date.
