On July 22, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Bob J. Jett, 48, of Castile, NY, charging him with DWAI/Drugs and Alcohol.
During a traffic stop on Route 77 in the town of Sheldon, Jett was allegedly exhibiting signs of impairment. Jett was allegedly operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. Jett had failed standardized field sobriety tests.
Jett was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw where he was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) from the Perry Police Department. Jett was released with appearance tickets for the town of Sheldon court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
