Juan Nieves, 31, of Parkside Ave., Buffalo, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI-driving with a BAC of .18% or more, felony DWI/previous conviction within 10 years, operating while registration suspended or revoked, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Main Street in Pembroke on July 9, 2023, at 5:53 p.m.
Nieves will appear in Pembroke Town Court for arraignment on September 27, 2023, at 1:00p.m.

Joseph T. Martino, 31, of 14 W. Main St., Batavia, NY, is charged with attempted assault 3rd degree after an incident at the Genesee County Jail at 14 West Main Street on July 22, 2023.
Martino was issued appearance tickets and and released back to the custody of the Genesee County Jail.
Martino is due to appear in Batavia City Court on August 9, 2023.

Joseph L. Hampton, 26, of Myrtle St., LeRoy, NY, is charged with harassment 3rd degree after allegedly pushing a female.
Hampton was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was arraigned in CAP Court.
An order of protection was issued, and Hampton is scheduled to appear in LeRoy Town Court on August 1, 2023, at 1:00pm

Coursey allegedly struck another person in front of a child.
Coursey was released with appearance tickets and is due to appear in the Town of Darien Court on August 8th, 2023, at 4:00p.m.
