The following subjects were arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office during the 50 Cent concert
on 8/5/23:
Terrance L. Falk, 24, of Woods Meadow Ln., Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged with assault 2nd degree, a class D felony, after allegedly punching a female, knocking her unconscious. Terrance was arrested and held for CAP Court.
The following were issued appearance tickets to appear in Darien Court on 9/5/23 at 4:00 PM to answer their charges.
Eliecer Angulo, 27, of Haddon Rd., Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass 3rd degree after allegedly kicking over a fence to enter restricted area of the venue.
Stephen J. Hunter, 38, of Demunn Rd., Beaver Damns, NY, was arrested and charged with harassment 2nd degree after allegedly pushing and fighting with Darien Lake Security.
Tyrell T. Lynch, 35, of 10th St., Niagara Falls, NY, was arrested and charged with harassment 2nd degree after allegedly pushing a Darien Lake Security Officer.
Megan L. Kendall, 34, of Lilac St., Buffalo, NY, was arrested and charged with obstructing governmental administration 2nd degree, after allegedly interfering with deputies making an arrest.
Jayson P. Lazan, 46, of Folger St., Buffalo, NY, was arrested and charged with harassment 2nd degree after allegedly punching another concert patron.
Giovanni E. Paige-Mota, 21 of Glide St., Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged with obstructing governmental administration 2nd degree, harassment 2nd degree and disorderly conduct, after allegedly causing a disturbance and then fighting with deputies.
