GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Attica pair accused of stealing $4,500

Alex J. Stockschlaeder, 35, of Main St., Attica, NY, and Skylair Blumer, no age or address provided, are each charged with grand larceny 3rd degree, a class D felony, and conspiracy 5th degree, a class A misdemeanor, after allegedly stealing $4,500 from the victims after agreeing to do work for them at a location in Pembroke on June 28, 2023.

Both were held at the Genesee County Jail pending a CAP Court arraignment on August 11, 2023.

Carlie M. Budziszewski, 25, and Ryan T. Budziszewski, 32, both of Cheektowaga, NY, along with Jason H. Heerdt, 27, of Elma, NY, are each charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle 3rd degree, after allegedly stealing a golf cart without permission from 9993 Alleghany Road, Darien Lake, on August 6, 2023.

All three were issued appearance tickets and will appear in Darien Town Court on September 5, 2023, at 4:00p.m.

Joseph D. Johnson, 53, of State St., Mumford, NY, is charged with robbery 3rd degree and harassment 2nd degree, after allegedly forcibly taking property from an elderly victim while at Batavia Downs Casino on August 10, 2023, at 1:26PM.

Johnson was held pending an arraignment at CAP Court.

Christopher J. Parker, 34, of Batavia Elba Townline Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment 2nd degree/physical contact, after allegedly shoving a female and causing abrasions. The incident occurred in front of children in Batavia on August 8, 2023.

Parker was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court.

On August 11, 2023, Parker was arrested and charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree, after allegedly violating a stay away order of protection issued by the Town of Batavia Court. Parker was held awaiting a CAP Court arraignment.

Steven A. Barraco, 53, of Edgewood Dr., Batavia, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree, after allegedly intentionally shoving the throat of a person on August 10, 2023 at 5:31p.m. in Batavia.

Barraco was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was held pending a CAP Court arraignment.

Brian M. Tracy, 35, of Horsehoe Lake Rd., Stafford, NY, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, criminal contempt 2nd degree, criminal mischief 4th degree and harassment 2nd degree, after allegedly getting out of his car during a custody exchange and striking the hand of a person, causing the person’s phone to break. The incident occurred in front of two children.

Tracy was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was held pending a CAP Court arraignment.

Brandon M. Poth, 29, of Regal St., Depew, NY, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more, following a traffic offense complaint at the Darien Lake Amphitheater on August 4, 2023 at 11:32p.m.

Poth was released on traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in Darien Town Court on September 5, 2023 at 4:00p.m.

Francisco A. Quinones, 32, of Marilla St., Buffalo, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th degree, following a complaint at Darien Lake Theme Park on August 7, 2023 at 12:21p.m.

Quinones was allegedly in possession of cocaine.

Quinones was held for a CAP Court arraignment on August 7, 2023 at 7:00p.m.
