On August 12, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Sandra L. Hostetler, 50, of Warsaw, NY, charging her with driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right.
On August 12, 2023, Troopers responded to Rt. 19 in the village of Warsaw for a complaint of a vehicle all over the roadway. Troopers observed Hostetler traveling south on Rt. 19 in Warsaw allegedly failing to maintain her lane. A traffic stop was initiated on Rt. 19, and Hostetler was placed under arrest after failing field sobriety tests. She was transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Hostetler recorded a .09% BAC.
Hostetler was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Village of Warsaw court for September 18, 2023.
