On August 22, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Cody A. Eaton, 33, of Attica, NY, charging him with felony driving while intoxicated-previous conviction within 10 years.
Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Pee Dee Road in the town of Java. During the interview, Eaton was allegedly exhibiting signs of impairment.
He was arrested, transported and processed at SP Warsaw, where he refused to submit to a chemical test. Eaton was arraigned at the town of Warsaw court and released on his own recognizance.

On August 20, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw, with the assistance of New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision, arrested William C. Hamilton Jr., 45, of Elmont, NY, and Sonia A. Bishop, 52 of Staten Island, NY, for Promoting Prison Contraband 2nd degree.
Troopers arrested Hamilton Jr. and Bishop for allegedlly having marijuana on their persons while inside the Attica Correctional Facility. Both were transported to SP Warsaw for processing and released on appearance tickets returnable to Attica town court at a later date.
