Jamie A. Dutton, 31, of E. Main St., Batavia, NY, was arrested by members of the City of Batavia Police Neighborhood Enforcement Team on August 25, 2023, on Dellinger Avenue on an active arrest warrant issued by NYS Parole.
Dutton was also arrested for the offenses of tampering with physical evidence, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and obstructing governmental administration.
Dutton allegedly fled from police on a bicycle and hid under the back deck of a residence. Dutton also allegedly discarded narcotics in an attempt to conceal them.
Dutton was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia City Court on September 5, 2023 at 1:00p.m.

William J. Flack, 50, of Sandpit Rd., Alexander, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree and criminal contempt 1st degree, after allegedly striking another person on August 27, 2023 at 2:04a.m., in violation of a refrain from order of protection.
Flack was scheduled to appear in Genesee County CAP Court on August 27, 2023 at 9:00a.m.

Markeith D. Lenoir, 33, of Ruleville, MS, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI/driving with a BAC of .18% or more and insufficient tail lamps, after a traffic stop at 364 W. Main Street in Batavia on August 29, 2023.
Lenoir was stopped in his motor vehicle for not having his taillights activated. During the traffic stop, police say Lenoir was allegedly intoxicated and could not operate a motor vehicle.
Lenoir was transported to the Genesee County jail for processing and then released with traffic tickets. He is due to appear in City Court on September 13, 2023 at 9:00a.m.

Koree R. Stephenson, no age or address provided, of Rochester, NY, is charged with introducing prison contraband into a prison and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, while being processed at the Genesee County Jail, 14 West Main Street, on August 27, 2023.
Stephenson allegedly introduced a dangerous contraband, a controlled substance, into the Genesee County Jail. Stephenson was held pending a CAP Court appearance.
