GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Cheektowaga woman accused of striking kids and one other person while in Darien

Amy M. Gambino, 32, of French Rd., Cheektowaga, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 1st degree, criminal contempt 2nd degree, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment 2nd degree, after allegedly striking two kids under the age of 17 and then striking another person, causing alarm at an address on Alleghany Road in Darien on August 28, 2023 at 4:00p.m.

Gambino was transported to the Genesee County Jail and held pending a CAP Court arraignment.

Anthony L. Corsaro, 33, of Park Hill Dr. Dansville, NY, is charged with resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration 2nd degree, operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, following too closely and moving from a lane unsafely, after a traffic complaint in Pavilion on Ellicott Street Road on June 29, 2023 at 6:50p.m.

Cosaro was issued uniform traffic tickets and released. He will appear in the Town of Pavilion Court on September 19, 2023 at 1:30p.m.

Rashawn L. Gosier, 44, of Holland Ave., Batavia, NY, and Cynthia M. Gosier, 38, of Wakefield Ave., Buffalo, NY, are each charged with petit larceny and conspiracy 6th degree, after allegedly stealing merchandise from a store on Veteran’s Memorial Drive on August 25, 2023.

Both Rashawn and Cynthia were transported to the jail for fingerprints and processing. Cynthia was released on appearance tickets and Rashawn was held at the Genesee County Jail pending arraignment on an active arrest warrant issued by NYS Parole.

Patrick D. Blackwell, 68, of Rochester, NY, is charged with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd degree, and Dazzling headlights. Blackwell was stopped for a motor vehicle traveling violation on Park Road, and during the traffic stop, it is alleged that Blackwell was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol.

Blackwell was released on traffic tickets returnable to the City of Batavia Court on September 20th at 9:00a.m.

Nicholas J. Breau, 31, of Batavia Oakfield Townline Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree, following a domestic incident where he allegedly threw property at the victim at a residence in Batavia on August 31, 2023 at 12:20a.m.
