Yovani Hernandez Ortiz, 28, of Melvin Hill Road, Geneva, NY, is charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or more, operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision, and dirty plate or plate covered by glass or plastic, after he was found slumped over the steering wheel of his vehicle on Rt. 19 in Pavilion on September 3, 2023 at 6:12p.m.
Hernandez Ortiz was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was released with uniform traffic tickets. He is to appear in Pavilion Town Court on September 26, 2023 at 3:00p.m.
