On September 14, 2023, Jeremiah W. Krupp, 45, of Hutchins Place, Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with two counts of criminal contempt 1st degree, after allegedly violating a stay away order of protection by calling and threatening the protected party on August 29, 2023
Krupp was held at the Genesee County Jail for a CAP Court appearance.

Kevin A. Knickerbocker, 52, of Mill Pond Rd., Byron, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree after allegedly violating a stay away order of protection by being at the residence of the protected party on September 12, 2023.
Knickerbocker was held at the Genesee County Jail pending CAP Court Arraignment.
