Jennifer L. Bobzin, 53, of Bergen, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 3rd degree/previous conviction, attempted assault 2nd degree/with intent to cause physical injury and menacing 3rd degree, after a domestic incident that occurred in the Town of Bergen on September 20, 2023 at 6:40p.m.
Bobzin allegedly attempted to grab a weapon and allegedly tried to cause injury to another person with intent.
Bobzin appeared in CAP Court on September 21, 2023 at 9:00a.m.

Michael S. Dranichak, 61, of Lake Street Rd., LeRoy, NY, was arrested on September19, 2023 for allegedly failing to change his address within 10 days.

Larry D. Delre, 65, of Rt. 77, Pembroke, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th degree and issuing a bad check on September 19, 2023.
Delre allegedly wrote a bad check after purchasing mulch and was given multiple opportunities to pay for it, but refused, deputies say.
Delre was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on October 10, 2023 at 3:00p.m.

Jacob W. Patterson, 27, of Kilian Rd., Pembroke, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree after allegedly possessing a controlled substance on East Main Street in Corfu on February 2, 2023.
Patterson was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Corfu Village Court on October 2, 2023.

John J. Gronowski, 46, no address provided, of Cheektowaga, NY, was arrested for trespass at Batavia Downs, 8315 Park Road, on September 19, 2023 at 2:05p.m.
Gronowski allegedly entered Batavia Downs after being advised he was not allowed on the property.
He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on October 10, 2023 at 3:00p.m.

Lexia A. Davis, 19, of S. Main St. Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree, after allegedly intentionally alarming another employee at a Park Road business on September 22, 2023 at 10:00a.m.
Davis allegedly subjected the other employee to physical contact causing pain.
Davis was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on October 10, 2023 at 3:00p.m.
