Denise M. Roberts, 62, of Rochester, NY was arrested on 9/15/2023 following an investigation into a burglary in progress on North Spruce Street. Roberts is charged with Burglary 2nd degree, Petit Larceny and Criminal Mischief. It is alleged that Roberts forcibly entered an apartment, causing damage in the process and stole items. Roberts was arraigned and committed to the Genesee County Jail on cash bail to appear at a later date in City Court.
Tonya M. Weber, 39, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on a bench warrant on 9/6/2023, after failing to appear in County Court on the following charges: Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia (2 counts), Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree. Weber was arraigned in County Court and held on bail.
Misty R. Scutt, 34, of Attica, NY, was arrested on a bench warrant on 9/6/2023 after failing to appear in City Court on the following charges: Driving While Ability Impaired – a misdemeanor. Scutt was arraigned in City Court and released on recognizance to appear 9/26/2023 in City Court.
Deanna L. Smith, 39, of Batavia was arrested on 9/6/2023and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated DWI – BAC .18% or more and Open Container of Alcohol in Vehicle, following a traffic stop on Ellicott Street. Scutt was issued traffic tickets and is to appear in City Court at a later date.
Scott M. Hinckley, 37, of Batavia, NY is charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an investigation by members of the Detective Bureau and Patrol officers on 9/6/2023. Hinckley was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in City Court at a later date.
Robert L. Drennen, 41, of Batavia, NY, is charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Alcohol and Open Container of Alcohol in a Vehicle following a complaint of a male passed out in a vehicle in the MacArthur Park on 9/6/23. Drennen was issued traffic tickets and is to appear in City Court at a later date.
Debrorah M. Cross, 51, of Batavia, NY is charged with multiple counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Forcible Touching following a lengthy investigation by the Detective Bureau, assisted by Patrol. It is alleged that Cross did act in a manner that endangered the welfare of an individual with disabilities. Cross was issued appearance tickets to appears in City Court at a later date.
Thomas J. Domion, 29, of Richfield Springs, NY was arrested on 9/11/2023 and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Driving with a BAC of .08% or more, following a traffic stop on Oak Street for an equipment violation. Domion was issued traffic tickets to appear at a later date in City Court.
Paul Lee, 51, of Rochester, NY was arrested on 9/11/2023 and charged with Criminal Possession of a Stolen Credit Card, Petit Larceny (2 counts) and Identity Theft (2 counts). The charges are the result of an investigation by Patrol officers, with the assistance of the Detective Bureau, following a complaint of a stolen debit card that was used at several area businesses. Lee was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the of the Genesee County Jail, he is scheduled to appear in City Court at a later date.
Joshua J. Dalle, 30, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on 9/11/2023, following a disturbance on Maple Street, where it is alleged that he struck another individual. Dalle is charged with Harassment 2nd degree. He was arraigned and released to appear in City Court at a later date.
Tatyanna M. White, 20, of Batavia, NY was arrested on 9/14/2023, following an incident on Dellinger Avenue where it is alleged, she damaged property belonging to another individual without their consent. White is charged with Criminal Mischief and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree and was arraigned in CAP court and released. She is scheduled to appear in City Court at a later date.
Ashton L. Mohney, 33, of Batavia, NY was arrested on 9/14/2023 following an investigation into a violation of an order of protection on Ross Street. Mohney is charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd degree. He was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail on bail to appear in City Court at a later date.

Michael J. Holler, 37, of Rochester, NY, is charged with Petit Larceny following an investigation into a larceny complaint at 7-Eleven on 9/18/2023. Holler was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court at a later date.
Benjamin G. Evans, 34, of Batavia, NY, is charged with Trespass and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, following an investigation by patrols and the Genesee County Probation Department. Evans and another individual were found to be inside a vacant building on Swan Street without permission on 9/19/2023. Evans was issued appearance tickets to appear in City Court at a later date.
Jessica M. Horton, 33, of Batavia, NY, is charged with Trespass following an investigation by patrols and the Genesee County Probation Department. Horton and another individual were found to be inside a vacant building on Swan Street without permission on 9/18/2023. Horton was issued an appearance ticket and turned over to the Probation Department. Horton is scheduled to appear in City Court at a later date.
