Indya D. Ford, 22, Evedshardeny S. Domacasse, 18, and Diantha D. Quandt, 19, all of Batavia Stafford Townline Road D202, are each charged with assault 2nd degree, a class D felony, after an incident on Batavia Stafford Townline Road on September 24, 2023, at 8:06p.m.
The victim was reportedly assaulted at College Village in the Town of Batavia and sustained serious injury requiring treatment at UMMC in the City of Batavia. The victim was released following treatment.
All three were arraigned in CAP Court on September 25, 2023 and held with bail.
A full stay away order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
They will appear in Batavia Town Court on October 24, 2023.
