The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office is looking to identify a person of interest in a hit and run motor
vehicle accident that occurred on October 4, 2023, at around 6:20 p.m., in a parking lot of Batavia
Downs and Gaming.
The operator of the vehicle was driving a dark colored pick-up truck.
