Jessie B. Joy, 27, of Telephone Rd. Pavilion, NY, is charged with DWI, and failure to yield the right of way on a left-hand turn following a motor vehicle accident on Rt. 20 in Pavilion on October 16, 2023 at 1:00a.m.
Joy was transported to Strong Hospital where he was released on an appearance ticket. He will appear in the Town of Pavilion Court on November 28, 2023 at 3:00p.m.

Elwin E. Drew, 40, of Shanks Rd., Tonawanda Indian Reservation, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a V+BAC of .08% or more, and moving from a lane unsafely, after a traffic stop on Sliker Road in Pembroke on October 15, 2023 at 2:13a.m.
Drew was issued uniform traffic tickets and released. Drew is to appear in Pembroke Town Court on November 8, 2023 at 1:00p.m.

Debra Stanley, 59, of Lakeview Park, Rochester, NY, is charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of a controlled substance, after allegedly stealing merchandise from Ulta Beauty at 4192 Veteran’s Memorial Drive on October 18, 2023.
After a search of Stanley’s person, she was allegedly in possession of a controlled substance. She was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and issued appearance tickets. Stanley will appear in Batavia Town Court on November 14, 2023 at 3:00p.m.

Jeslene D. Beach, 35, of Morrow Rd., Pavilion, NY, is charged with one count of grand larceny 4th degree/greater than $1,000, and five counts of petit larceny, after allegedly stealing five checks out of a check book belonging to a victim in Stafford. The checks were then allegedly cashed via mobile deposit for an amount totaling over $1,000. The incident occurred on May 1, 2023.
Beach will appear in Stafford Town Court on November 2, 2023 at 5:00p.m.
