MEDINA POLICE DEPT. AND THE ORLEANS COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPT., EXECUTED A SEARCH WARRANT AT 388 ERIE ST., IN THE VILLAGE OF MEDINA, N.Y. WHICH ALSO INCLUDED A 2021 TOYOTA RAV 4 RENTAL VEHICLE.
POLICE SEIZED: OVER 40 BAGGIES OF CRACK COCAINE, $3,400.00 IN CASH, SCALES, NUMEROUS PACKAGING MATERIAL AND OTHER DRUG PARAPHERNALIA.

DEMARQUES B. UNDERWOOD AKA “DUTCH”, AGE 34, OF 388 ERIE ST. MEDINA N.Y., IS CHARGED WITH: 3 COUNTS OF CRIMINAL SALE OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE THIRD DEGREE. (B FELONIES). 4 COUNTS OF CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE THIRD DEGREE. (B FELONIES). 1 COUNT OF CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
IN THE FOURTH DEGREE. (C FELONY).
ERICA J. DAVIS, AGE 35, OF 388 ERIE ST. MEDINA, N.Y., IS CHARGED WITH: 1 COUNT OF CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE THIRD DEGREE. (B FELONY). 1 COUNT OF CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE FOURTH DEGREE. (C FELONY).
UNDERWOOD WAS ARRAIGNED IN CAP COURT BY THE TOWN OF BARRE JUSTICE, THE HON. RICHARD ROOT AND WAS COMMITTED WITHOUT BAIL TO THE ORLEANS COUNTY JAIL DUE TO
HIS PREVIOUS CRIMINAL HISTORY.
DAVIS WAS ISSUED AN APPEARANCE TICKET AND RELEASED IN ACCORDANCE WITH NEW YORK STATE BAIL REFORM LAWS. BOTH SUBJECTS ARE TO RETURN TO THE TOWN OF RIDGEWAY JUSTICE COURT ON OCTOBER 30TH, 2023 AT 9:00 AM.
FURTHER CHARGES ARE PENDING IN THIS CASE.
