Jeanine D. Fuller, 37, of Valley View Dr., Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, after traffic stop on Buffalo Road in Bergen on August 5, 2023 at 2:50a.m.
Fuller was allegedly in possession of crack cocaine during the traffic stop.
Fuller was transported to the Genesee County Jail and held pending other charges. Fuller is scheduled to appear in Bergen Town Court on December 13, 2023 at 5:00p.m.

Carrie A. Stewart, 43, of West Ave., Attica, NY, is charged with two counts of petit larceny after two different larcenies on two different dates at the same location, Old Navy, located in the Town of Batavia.
One charge is from September 27th, the other is from October 7th, 2023. She was arrested on November 11, 2023.
Stewart was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Batavia Court on December 12, 2023 at 3:00p.m.
