Katherine M. Fremgen, 35, of East Ave., Clarence, NY, is charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs 1st offense, traffic device violation/failed to yield the right of way on a green light and moving from a lane unsafely after a traffic stop in the Town of Batavia for alleged erratic operation of a motor vehicle at 4300 Veteran’s Memorial Drive in Batavia on September 27, 2023.
After further investigation, Fremgen was taken to UMMC where she consented to provide a blood sample for testing. Fremgen was released on September 27, 2023, pending results from the blood sample. On November 13, 2023, Fremgen was arrested on the above charges and processed at the Genesee County Jail.
She will appear in Batavia Town Court on December 7, 2023, at 1:00p.m.

Richard E. Anowski, 50, of Nesbitt Rd., Attica, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree, following the report of alleged violation of an order of protection. Anowski allegedly contacted the protected party in violation of an order of protection on November 2, 2023.
Anowski was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Darien Court on November 28, 2023 at 3:00p.m.

Thomas L. Duncan, 55, of Henrietta St., Buffalo, NY, is charged with petit larceny, after allegedly stealing property from Dick’s Sporting Goods at 4180 Veteran’s Memorial Drive in Batavia on November 13, 2023.
Duncan was released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on November 28, 2023 at 3:00p.m.
