Jonathan C. Shirley, 41, of Council House Road, Tonawanda Indian Reservation, was arrested on November 24, 2023 for allegedly possessing a firearm, a pair of brass knuckles and controlled substances, following an investigation of a vehicle fire on Meadville Road on the Tonawanda Indian Reservation at 7:18a.m.
Shirley was held at the Genesee County Jail for arraignment in CAP Court.

Robert A. Newton, 47, of Darien, NY, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child less than 17 years old and harassment 2nd degree, following an investigation after a domestic incident on November 23, 2023 at 12:55a.m. in Darien.
Newton was arraigned in CAP Court November 25, 2023 and released on his own recognizance.
