Samuel R. Baudanza, 26, of Buffalo Street, Bergen, NY, is charged with assault 2nd degree and criminal mischief 4th degree/intent to damage property, after an incident at Ralph and Rosie’s Restaurant at 19 N. Lake Avenue in Bergen on November 25, 2023.
Deputies were called to the restaurant for a complaint of a male being disorderly in the restaurant. Baudanza allegedly was involved in a physical altercation with two individuals and broke merchandise in front of the restaurant.
Baudanza was held for CAP Court on November 26, 2023 at 9:00a.m., where he was arraigned.

Michael R. Hawkins, 27, of Rt. 98, Attica, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, speed not reasonable and prudent and moving from a lane unsafely after a property damage accident on Simonds Road in Darien on December 1, 2023 at 11:51p.m.
Deputies say Hawkins allegedly possessed a large quantity of controlled substances..
Hawkins was arrested without incident and was transported to the Genesee County Jail pending CAP Court arraignment on December 2, 2023.

Joe A. Cortez, 41, of Park Road, Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree after allegedly contacting a protected party that has a full stay away order of protection against him. The incident occurred at the Genesee County Jail on November 23, 2023.
Cortez appeared in CAP Court on November 27, 2023 at 9:00a.m.
