Riley L. S. Robinson, 19, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with burglary 2nd degree, menacing 2nd degree, criminal possession of a weapon 4th degree, four counts of criminal mischief 3rd degree, criminal mischief 4th degree, and conspiracy 4th degree, after allegedly entering an apartment by force and then allegedly menaced the occupants of the dwelling, causing multiple instances of property damage in Pavilion on December 3, 2023 at 3:43a.m.
Also charged in the incident, Taylor M. Goodenow, 21, of LeRoy, NY. Goodenow allegedly entered an apartment by force and menaced the occupants of the dwelling, and is charged with burglary 2nd degree, menacing 3rd degree, and conspiracy 4th degree.
Both Robinson and Goodenow were arrested on December 9, 2023 at 12:05a.m., and were scheduled to appear in CAP Court on December 9, 2023 at 9:00a.m.
