John C. Hoogasian, 56, of Spring Hill, Florida, is charged with two counts of bail jumping 2nd degree after failing to appear in Genesee County Court on the original charges of grand larceny 3rd degree and bail jumping 2nd degree.
Hoogasian was located in Florida in February 2023 and extradited back to Genesee County on December 7, 2023, after serving a sentence there.
Hoogasian was arraigned on December 8, 2023 in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail

Byron G. Keller, 28, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree, after the Genesee County Emergency Dispatch Center received a 9-1-1 open line call on December 14, 2023.
Responding officers went to the incident location in Darien and discovered that Keller was allegedly in violation of an order of protection.
Keller was arrested and arraigned in Genesee County CAP Court and held on $5,000 bail.

Ebony L. Jenkins, 24, of Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and resisting arrest following a domestic incident on December 12, 2023, at 7:45p.m. in Bergen.
On December 14, 2023, Jenkins contacted the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office for an unrelated matter. Jenkins allegedly resisted arrest when responding deputies took her into custody for the aforementioned charge.
Jenkins was issued appearance tickets and released. Jenkins is due to appear in Bergen Town Court on January 17, 2023.
