Perry, NY – Chief Michael J. Grover reports the arrest of Dale R. Smith, 25, of Fillmore, NY.
On Friday December 29th 2023, an officer of the Perry Police Department observed a vehicle go off the road and strike a utility pole. Following an investigation, Smith was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs.
Smith is charged with DWAI/drugs, moving from a lane unsafely and failure to keep right.
Smith was processed, issued appearance tickets and released with a return court date of 02/13/2023 at 1:00PM.
