Darrell L. McFadden, 53, of Batavia, NY, is charged with assault 2nd degree/with intent to cause serious physical injury to another person, after a domestic incident in Batavia on January 19, 2024, at 12:20p.m.
McFadden was held at the Genesee County Jail pending a Cap Court arraignment.

Lorrie B. Fischer, 45, of Batavia, NY, is charged with misapplication of property, after allegedly selling another person’s property while at 8250 Park Road in the town of Batavia and failed to return the property.
Fischer was released on an appearance ticket and was scheduled to appear in Batavia Town Court on January 23, 2024 at 2:00p.m.

Isaac Floyd Jr., 59, of Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and signal less than 100 feet, after a traffic stop at the Sunset Motel parking lot at 4054 W. Main Street Road on January 24, 2024 at 12:27a.m.
Floyd was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol, and it was unsafe for him to operate a motor vehicle.
Floyd was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with uniform traffic tickets. He will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on February 8, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Joel D. Prouty, 37, of Bergen, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 1st degree after allegedly violating a full stay away order of protection by being with the protected party on 1.17.24.
Prouty was also arrested on multiple outstanding warrants. He was transported the Genesee County jail and held for CAP Court at 7:00p.m.
