Robert P. Gerspach, 67, of Buffalo, NY, is charged with DWAI/drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree, driver’s view obstructed, failure to keep right and moving from a lane unsafely, after an off-duty deputy observed Gerspach’s vehicle driving in an unsafe manner on Rt. 20 in Darien on January 24, 2024 at 11:22p.m.
Gerspach was issued appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Darien Court on February 15, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

McKenzie L. Stogsdill, 32, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, no head lights and no tail lamps, following a traffic stop on Park Road in the Town of Batavia on January 27, 2024 at 1:44a.m.
Stogsdill was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Batavia Town court on February 15, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Steven K. Maskell, 31, of Elba, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, moving from a lane unsafely and operating a moving vehicle while using a portable electronic device, after driving off the roadway into a ditch on Lockport Road in Oakfield on January 21, 2024 at 11:30p.m.
Maskell was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and using his cellphone.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Oakfield Court on Friday. February 12, 2024 at 6:00p.m.

Guillermo Guadalupe-Vasques, 44, of Canandaigua, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08%, or more, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd degree, and moving from a lane unsafely, after a property damage accident on West Main Street in Batavia, on January 24, 2024 at 8:44p.m.
Guadalupe-Vasques was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was issued traffic tickets and released. Guadalupe-Vasques is due to appear in Batavia Town Court on February 8, 2024 at 1:00p.m.

Peter J. Mancuso, 36, of North Tonawanda, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 1st degree, after allegedly violating a stay away order of protection and has previously been convicted of criminal contempt 2nd degree in the last 5 years.
Mancuso was arraigned in CAP Court on January 25, 2024, and released under supervision.

Steven J. Dunham, 35, of Corfu, NY, is charged with failure to verify address within 90 days as a level 3 sex offender. Dunham was held for CAP Court on January 26, 2024.
You forgot man on life support and now sadly deceased while in custody of Genesse County Sheriff Dec 13th -Jan 25th, that shouldn’t even be possible if these inmates were watched correctly!
