BATAVIA/Three arrested as the result of a warrant execution on Dellinger Avenue on Friday

The Genesee County Drug Task Force and the Batavia Police Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant at a residence at 36 Dellinger Avenue in the City of Batavia on February 2, 2024.

The warrant was executed as part of a narcotics investigation by the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force.

As a result, the following three people were located and charged.

Pierre Mahon Humphrey (aka “Gamechanger”), 33, of Trentall Street, Rochester, NY.

Malinda June Falk, 42, of Dellinger Avenue, Batavia, NY.

Matthew J. Reed, 39, of Ellicott Street, Batavia, NY.

All three are charged with the following crimes:

Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree/possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell, a class B felony (2 counts)

Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree/possession of a narcotic drug in excess of one-half ounce, a class B felony

Criminal Use of a Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor (2 counts)

All three subjects were arraigned in the City of Batavia Court.

Humphrey was held on no bail.

Falk and Reed were both released under supervision.

The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office, City of Batavia Police Department, City of Batavia Fire Department, and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office assisted with the investigation of.
