On February 3, 2024, at approximately 7:28p.m., Ericka K. McBride, 34, and Tajhenne T. Walker, 28, both of Buffalo, NY, were arrested after an incident that occurred at Ulta Beauty, 4192 Veteran’s Memorial Drive in the town of Batavia.
McBride and Walker allegedly entered Ulta Beauty, concealed merchandise, and exited the store without rendering payment.
McBride and Walker were each charged with grand larceny 4th degree, a class B felony, possession of burglar tools, a class A misdemeanor, and conspiracy 6th degree, a class B misdemeanor.
McBride was issued appearance tickets returnable to Batavia Town Court and will appear court on February 27, 2024 at 3:00p.m. No information provided on the status of Walker.
