WYOMING COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/February 12, 2024

Following a complaint of numerous larcenies during January of 2024 at Wal-Mart in the Town
of Warsaw, Sage A. Sutay, 26, and Michael Vandreumel, 31, both of Warsaw, NY, were arrested and
are facing numerous charges.

It was reported that items were being stolen from the store and then later returned for store credit. The store credit was then used to purchase items from the store.

Sutay is charged with petit larceny, conspiracy 6th degree, and falsifying business records 2nd degree. Sutay was also found to be under the supervision of the Wyoming County Probation Department for a
previous drug possession charge. Sutay was also arrested on a warrant for violating her probation and was arraigned in Wyoming County Court.

Sutay was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail on bail and will answer the charges at a later date.

On February 6th, 2024, Vandreumel was charged with criminal possession of stolen property 5th degree,
conspiracy 6th degree, and falsifying business records 2nd degree. He was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Warsaw Court on February 12, 2024.

On February 3, 2024, at about 6:29PM, Deputies from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported domestic incident in the Town of Eagle

After speaking to all parties involved, it was determined that Rene Fuller, 40, of Bliss, NY, allegedly violated an order of protection issued by the Wyoming County Family Court.

Fuller was arrested and charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree and harassment 2nd degree.

She was arraigned in Eagle Town Court and released on her own recognizance. Fuller is scheduled to return to Eagle Town Court at a later date.

While Deputies were on patrol February 3, 2024, they observed a disabled vehicle roadside and stopped to assist.

After stopping by to assist, it was discovered that the driver, Daniel P. Flitcroft, 23, of Silver Springs, NY, was currently suspended.

Flitcroft was arrested and issued a ticket for aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree. Flitcroft is to answer the charges on February 26th, 2024 in the Town of Warsaw Court.
