Perry, NY – Chief Michael J. Grover reports the arrest of a Lockport resident after an investigation by the Perry Police Department.
On February 16, 2024, Officers from the Perry Police Department arrested Michael Burch, 26, in the Village of Perry charging him with endangering the welfare of a child after an incident that occurred on February 11, 2024.
Burch allegedly allowed his 5-year-old son to inhale from his vape device.
Burch was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Perry Village Court on March 12, 2024, at 1:00pm to answer the charge.
