GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/February 25, 2024

Gregory G. Goodberlet, 66, of Byron, NY, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 1st degree, DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 2nd degree, operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver and moving from a lane unsafely, following a welfare check on Lyman Road in Byron on February 19, 2024, at 4:12 p.m.

Goodberlet was issued uniform traffic tickets and released. He will appear in the Town of Byron Court on March 18, 2024, at 4:30p.m.

Elijah G. Schultz, 29, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, uninspected motor vehicle, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, and inadequate headlamps, after traffic stop in the Village of LeRoy on Bank Street, February 12, 2024, at 1:36a.m.

Schultz will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on March 12, 2024, at 4:00p.m.

Peter J. Hubbard, 43, of Buffalo, NY, is charged with DWI, DWAI/Combined influence of drugs or alcohol, aggravated DWI PER SE/BAC of .18% or more, moving from a lane unsafely and driving to the left of pavement markings, after a motor vehicle accident on Ellicott Street Road near Roanoke Road in Pavilion on December 16, 2023, at 5:40p.m.

Hubbard was arrested on February 17, 2024, and charged.

Hubbard was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Pavilion Town Court on March 26, 2024, at 3:00p.m.

Madeline A. Morrison, 25, of Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, operating an unregistered motor vehicle on a highway, and drinking alcohol or using cannabis in a motor vehicle, after a traffic stop for Vehicle and Traffic Violations in the Town of Batavia on February 24, 2024, at 2:44a.m.

Morrison was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with uniform traffic tickets. She will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 14, 2024, at 1:00p.m.
