Goodberlet was issued uniform traffic tickets and released. He will appear in the Town of Byron Court on March 18, 2024, at 4:30p.m.

Schultz, 29, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, uninspected motor vehicle, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, and inadequate headlamps, after traffic stop in the Village of LeRoy on Bank Street, February 12, 2024, at 1:36a.m.
Schultz will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on March 12, 2024, at 4:00p.m.

Hubbard was arrested on February 17, 2024, and charged.
Hubbard was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Pavilion Town Court on March 26, 2024, at 3:00p.m.

Morrison was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with uniform traffic tickets. She will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 14, 2024, at 1:00p.m.
