Chad W. Burgess, 37, of Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal possession of controlled substance 2nd degree, two counts of criminal possession of a narcotic with intent to sell, three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, two counts of concealing, alter or destroy physical evidence, criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd degree, and unlawful fleeing a police a police officer in a motor vehicle 3rd degree after a traffic stop on Lewiston Road at 1:50a.m. on February 25, 2024.
Burgess fled the scene of a traffic stop leading deputies and NYS Police on a pursuit that came to an end on Park Road in the Town of Batavia. Burgess was allegedly found to be in possession of large quantities of narcotics.
Burgess was arraigned in Genesee County CAP Court on February 25, 2024 at 9:00a.m.
