Victoria H. Richards, 45, of Batavia, NY, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child following an investigation at the Quality Inn at 8250 Park Road on February 27, 2024.
Richards allegedly endangered the welfare of a child by allegedly providing a child with drugs.
She was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 12, 2024 at 3:00p.m.

Ross C. Poodry, 35, of Akron, NY, is charged with felony DWI/previous conviction within 10 years, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree/permanent revocation, reckless driving, speed not reasonable and prudent, failure to stop at a stop sign, moving from a lane unsafely and uninspected motor vehicle, following a property damage accident in the Town of Pembroke on February 28, 2024 at 10:11p.m. on Akron Road.
Poodry was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was held at the jail for arraignment in CAP Court on February 29, 2024 at 9:00a.m.

Christy L. Thurston, 49, of Rochester, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, resisting arrest, open container, moving from a lane unsafely, failure to keep right, and speed not reasonable and prudent, after an accident on Lockport Road on March 3, 2024 at 2:59p.m.
Following an investigation, Thurston was arrested for allegedly operating a motor vehicle while allegedly intoxicated by alcohol and allegedly resisting deputies and troopers while they were placing her under arrest.
Thurston was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with appearance tickets. She will appear in Oakfield Town Court on March 11, 2024 at 6:00p.m.

Rosemary R. Waters, 37, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, and criminal trespass 3rd degree, following a traffic stop and roadside investigation on Beaver Meadow Road in Byron on February 25, 2024 at 4:05 p.m.
Waters allegedly trespassed on CSX Railroad property and was in allegedly in possession of controlled substances. She was issued an appearance ticket and released and will appear in Byron Town Court on March 4, 2024 at 4:00p.m.

Dustin L. Stump, 53, of Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, moving from a lane unsafely and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, after a traffic stop on Byron Holley Road in Byron on March 1, 2024 at 4:10p.m.
Stump was issued uniform traffic tickets and released.
He will appear in Byron Town Court on March 18, 2024 at 4:30p.m.

Michael L. Harris, 55, of Rochester, NY, is charged with DWI, failure to keep right and moving from a lane unsafely, following a traffic stop on Clinton Street Road in Bergen on February 25, 2024 at 1:19a.m.
Harris was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while allegedly intoxicated by alcohol.
Harris was held at the Genesee County Jail pending arriagnment in Genesee County CAP Court.

Fix, 49, of Batavia, NY, is charged with resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration 2nd degree, DWI, moving from a lane unsafely, operating a vehicle by an unlicensed driver, moving from a lane unsafely and failed to use four-way flashers, after a traffic stop on East Main Street on March 2, 2024 at 10:12p.m.
Fix allegedly resisted deputies after attempting to walk away while being advised she was under arrest. Fix was held for CAP Court at 9:00a.m. on March 3, 2024.

Cody A. Bush Sr., 38, of Batavia, NY, is charged with aggravated harassment 2nd degree/threat of physical harm, after an incident at the Quality Inn and Suites on January 22, 2024 at 8:31a.m.
Bush allegedly threatened the life of another person over the telephone.
Bush was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Batavia Court on March 7, 2024 at 9:30a.m.
