WYOMING COUNTY/Perry Police Report/March 7, 2024

Perry, NY – Chief Michael J. Grover reports the arrest of Adam Galton, 46, of Perry, NY.

On March 1, 2024, The Perry Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. Upon stopping the vehicle, it was found that the vehicle operator, Adam Galton, was allegedly operating the motor vehicle on a suspended registration, and with a suspended driver’s license.

Galton was also wanted by the Perry Police Department on a bench warrant for failure to appear.

Officer Cross arrested and charged him with operating while registration suspended, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree and failure to appear in court after appearance ticket served.

Galton was arraigned in the Perry Village Court by Judge Wolcott. Bail was recommended by the District Attorney at $2,000 cash bail, $4,000 bond, or $8,000 partially secured bond. Galton was released on his own recognizance and is to appear in the Perry Village Court on 03/12/2024.

Perry, NY – Chief Michael J. Grover reports the arrest of Lea Falcone.

On March 2, 2024, the Perry Police Department arrested 39-year-old Lea Falcone of Fillmore, NY.

Falcone had a bench warrant for failure to appear in Perry Village Court on multiple dates, stemming from a December 2023 incident where Falcone allegedly gave a fake name to avoid being arrested on a superior court warrant out of Alleghany County.

The Wyoming County District Attorney’s Office was contacted and recommended that Falcone be held in lieu of $5,000 cash, $10,000 bond, $15,000 partially secure to guarantee her return to court.

Falcone appeared in front of Judge Wolcott for arraignment and was released on her own recognizance and issued a return court date for March 12, 2024.
